西部农村特岗教师实践性知识问题研究

         

摘要

特岗教师是我国为解决西部农村贫困地区师资问题而出现的特殊教师群体,研究其实践性知识问题对"特岗教师计划"的深入实施具有很强的现实意义。目前,西部农村特岗教师实践性知识存在的主要问题是课程实践性知识薄弱、教育心理学实践性知识缺乏、学科实践性知识不足。分析其主要原因是教师教育泛城市化倾向明显;应用性学科理论知识匮乏,学术理论知识学而不化;地方课程理论知识与地域性文化知识薄弱。进而提出的对策建议是:加强师范教育的前期准备、特岗教师的入职教育和在职培训。%Special-post teacher is a special group to alleviate the human resources problem of teachers in western poor areas.The study on the professional development of special-post teacher in western rural areas is significant for further development and implementation of "special post scheme".The thesis probes into the practical knowledge problem of special-post teacher: Course practical knowledge is week;Lack of educational psychology practical knowledge;Insufficient of subject practical knowledge.Analyzing the influencing factor: the tendency of Teacher Education became urbanization;lack of Applied subject theory knowledge shortage,and academic theory knowledge learning without changing;local curriculum theory knowledge and regional cultural knowledge is weak.proposing the developing approach,elaborates the preparation for teaching education,illustrates the training before an during working.
