过程研究是当代研究复杂系统的一种新的角度与方法。低碳生态城市作为一种复杂巨系统，它的生成也是一个复杂过程。可从过程研究或过程哲学本体论角度分析低碳生态城市生成的“善治”过程的逻辑；从过程哲学认识论角度分析钱学森大成智慧思想对探索低碳生态城市生成规律的指导作用；从过程哲学发展观角度分析低碳生态城市生成的创新和对真、善、美的价值追求。低碳生态城市的生成必须立足于各城市的现状，运用钱学森大成智慧思想探索低碳生态城市复杂巨系统的本质，树立追求幸福的整体目标下的自然生态化、经济低碳化、社会和谐化目标，依靠各个城市生成的参与主体群策群力，开创“善治”方式的创新生成的新阶段和新局面。%Process research is a new point of view and method to research the complex system in the contemporary. But from the perspective of process research or philosophical ontology, the author analyzed "good governance" logic of low carbon eco-city generation, from the angle of process philosophy epistemology, the author explored guidance function of Qian Xuesen metasynthetic wisdom thought to low-carbon ecological city generate regular, from the angle of process philosophy development, the author analyzed low-carbon ecological city innovation and value pursuit of the true, the good and beauty. The formation of low-carbon ecological city must be based on the present situation of each city, applying the idea of Qian Xuesen metasynthetic wisdom to explore the essence of low carbon eco-city complex giant system, setting up the pursuit of happiness under the overall goal of the natural ecology, low carbon economy and harmonious society goal, relying on the participation subject from all cities generation and cultivating new stage and new situation of innovation generated of "good governance".
