基于VB的多轴运动控制系统的软件开发与应用

摘要

为了满足多轴运动控制系统高效、高精度的控制要求，采用基于数字信号处理器（DSP）技术加上一个现场可编辑门阵列（FPGA）的运动控制器，搭建了多轴运动控制系统的实验平台。并利用VB软件编写了多轴运动系统的控制程序。结果表明，生成的控制界面可以对系统进行方便、灵活的运动控制。%In order to meet the efficient,high-precision con-trol requirements of multi-axis motion control system,the paper applies the motion controllers based on DSP and FP-GA to build a experimental platform of multi-axis motion control system. And VB software is used to write the multi-axis motion system control program. The research shows that the system can be conveniently,flexibly motion con-trolled by the generated control interface.
