目的 探讨不同类型脑分水岭梗死与不同部位脑动脉狭窄或闭塞的关系.方法 根据头颅磁共振弥散成像和血管分布的影像学模板,对75例脑分水岭梗死患者的梗死形态进行分型,评估不同类型脑分水岭梗死中大脑中动脉、颈内动脉病变情况.结果 皮质前型分水岭、皮质上型分水岭梗死中颈内动脉病变率较高,皮质下型分水岭、分水岭合并穿支梗死中大脑中动脉病变率较高.结论 不同类型脑分水岭梗死可以提示不同部位的脑动脉狭窄或闭塞.%Objective To evaluate the relationship between different cerebral watershed infarctions and cerebral arterial stenosis or occlusion at different part. Methods Cerebral watershed infarction patterns in 75 patients were investigated based on diffusion weighted imaging and neuroradiological template. The middle cerebral artery and internal carotid artery stenoses were evaluated in different patterns of cerebral watershed infarction. Results The internal carotid artery stenoses were identified more often in anterior watershed infarction group and superior watershed infarction group than the other groups. The middle cerebral artery stenoses were identified more often in subcortical watershed infarction group and watershed infarction with perforating arterial cerebral infarction group than the other groups. Conclusion Different cerebral watershed infarction patterns suggest different parts of cerebral arteries stensois.
