新时期师德问题的幸福观省思

         

摘要

新时期师德问题的数量和社会对待师德问题的错误态度表明了师德问题的普遍性,社会条件的不满足、教师社会道德责任感缺失、教师生存方式的转变等直接导致教师幸福观的匮乏,从而引起师德问题的产生。文章从幸福观角度阐述了对师德问题的理解,从完善教师幸福观的保障机制、加强教师的职业道德素养、引导教师与人生意义的积极对话三个角度提出加强教师的幸福观建设,以期从一个新角度解决新时期的师德问题。%There are a lot of cases of the abuse of teachers' professional ethnics and there are also wrong judgments upon this issue. Many factors cause teachers to have low satisfaction of happiness, such as the inadequate social support, lack of social responsibility, and the change of living condition, which as a result cause them to have low level of ethnic responsibility. Therefore, teachers' professional ethnic problems should be treated from the perspective of happiness. It is suggested to improve teachers' happiness level, strengthen the professional ethnic training, and provide efficient consult and guidance to solve this problem.
