走出困境：高校二级学院研究生秘书的进路探寻

摘要

The MA secretary in the secondary colleges in universities is very important post for MA program management as manager,server,and information collector.However,there are many problems in practice which needs to be solved.The problem solving approaches should be considered from the aspects of the object and subject to promote the working efficiency.%研究生秘书是高校二级学院管理的重要力量,在各学院的研究生管理过程中起着不可替代的桥梁和纽带作用,扮演着实践者、管理者、服务者和信息反馈者的多元角色。然而,研究生秘书在工作实践中面临着诸多问题和困境,要解决问题,走出困境,必须从主体和客体双方面来探寻解决问题的思路,从而把研究生秘书工作提高到一个新的层次。
