个人信息权的私权属性

With the perspective of the nature of the right of personal information,the legal protection for personal information is concerned.Personal information is of great value to per-sonal dignity and self-identification so it is first of all right of personality.Since it is related to personal property it is also a property right.Considering the priority of dignity protection,it is in nature the personality rights with property right factors.%文章以个人信息的权利属性为视角，分析个人信息的法律保护问题。个人信息对于人格尊严、自我认同具有重要意义，因此其首先是一种人格权；同时，个人信息在流通过程中表现出财产价值，因而个人信息权也是一种财产权。由于个人信息的首要价值目标是维护人格尊严，因此，个人信息权本质上是一种蕴含着财产权的人格权。
