浅析西田哲学中的道德与法律

摘要

道德和法律是西田哲学体系中的重要概念，西田哲学试图跳出纯哲学思辨，将道德与法律这两个哲学概念与日本国家的“独特”属性结合起来，展示出其独具特色的政治倾向性。西田哲学借用社会达尔文主义的“适者生存”原理，阐明道德社会之间对抗的合理性，并最终将论述的核心放在阐释日本国体的“唯一性”和“优越性”上，使其政治伦理学陷入日本民族优越论的窠臼。%Moral and law are important concepts in the philosophy of Kitaro Nishima.This idea,attempting to jump out of the constraint of pure philosophical speculation,unites the con-cepts of moral and law with the“unique” attribute of Japan and hence shows a special political tendency.With social Darwinism ( survival of the fittest) ,this philosophy explains why the con-flicts between moral and society are reasonable and finally puts the focus on the “uniqueness”and“superiority” of Japan state.This in the end leads Japan’ s political ethics to the direction of Japanese superiority.
