The DPPH radical scavenging capacity of the Schisandra chinensis ethanol extracts and four extract components (dichloromethane, ethylacetate, butanol, water) were investi-gated.The experimental results showed that with the increase of concentration , Schisandrae chinensis extracts and the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical had a different dose effect relationship, and the ethyl acetate part had the strongest scavenging ability on DPPH radical . This result could provide a reference for the ability of Schisandra antioxidant effect .%考察北五味子乙醇提取物及其各萃取组分(二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水)对 DPPH 自由基的清除能力。试验结果表明,随着五味子浓度的增加,五味子提取物及其各组分对 DPPH 自由基的清除能力有着不同的量效关系,其中乙酸乙酯组分对 DPPH 自由基清除能力最强,该结果可为五味子抗氧化作用的研究提供参考。
