AZ91D基CaP-CS-CNTs复合锌膜层制备及性能

         

摘要

AZ91D -Mg alloy based Zn2+ doped calcium phosphate/chitosan/CNTs com-pound coatings was prepared with the electrophoresis deposit combined with buffered solution of phosphate impregnation in which Zn2+was loaded in the CaP-CS-CNTs compound coat-ings.Single factor experimental method was used to optimize the loading quantity of Zn2 +in order to choose the optimal dosage.Bioactivity of AZ91D magnesium alloy matrix compound coatings was also studied.The result showed that the optimal dosage of Zn ( NO3 ) 2 was 0.05 g for the best preparation technology for AZ91D magnesium alloy matrix CaP-CS-CNTs compound coatings.The materials possess good bioactivity and its antibacterial property was still active 14 days after it was implanted.%以AZ91D镁合金为基体,采用电泳沉积结合磷酸盐缓冲溶液浸渍的方法制备复合Zn2+的AZ91D镁合金基钙磷(Calcium Phosphate,CaP)/壳聚糖(Chitosans,CSs)/碳纳米管(Carbon Nano Tubes,CNTs)复合膜层,利用单因素的实验方法,对Zn2+载入量进行优化,选择一种最佳的剂量,并对AZ91D镁合金基复合膜层的生物活性进行研究.结果表明,AZ91D镁合金基CaP-CS-CNTs-Zn复合膜层(CCZ膜层)的最佳制备工艺为Zn(NO3)2的加入量为0.05 g,材料具有良好的生物活性,材料的抗菌性可以在植入材料后的14 d左右,持续发挥作用.
