高校体育教学中风险管理与对策研究——以哈尔滨理工大学为例

In resent years, the injury of high school physical education was increased raptly. These injury action bring troubles to teachers, students and family, meanwhile the manage leaders of high school felt unhappy. This paper using the act of Harbin University of technology to analyzed by used the method of literature and interview. The method of modern risk management was induced the high school physical education to discussed the risk in the injury of college. The method of risk treatment was provided in this paper. The risk management of physical education at college include risk identification, risk assessment and risk treatment.%　　近几年高校体育教学中出现的各种伤害事故与日俱增，这些伤害事故给教师、学生和家庭带来麻烦的同时，也给学校和上级管理部门带来麻烦。本文以哈尔滨理工大学体育伤害事故案例为研究对象，采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法，把现代风险管理理论与方法引入到高校体育教学中，探讨高校体育教学中的风险问题，提出大学生体育教学中的风险应对策略与方法，并得出以下主要结论：风险识别、风险评估与风险应这三个部分组成了高校体育教学中的风险管理。
