少齿数非对称齿轮主动设计与温度场分析

         

摘要

为了提高齿轮的传动能力,运用主动设计方法,研究了适用于单向传动的少齿数非对称渐开线齿轮的啮合机理。探讨了齿轮对流换热系数的计算方法,建立了轮齿本体温度场有限元分析的模型,分析了影响少齿数齿轮温度场分布的因素,推导了少齿数齿轮齿面的本体最高温度随转速、载荷和油温变化的函数表达式。通过实验与理论对比,验证了有限元方法分析少齿数齿轮温度场的正确性。研究结果表明:齿轮的最高温度出现在分度圆靠近齿顶的位置,载荷对温度的影响比转速大。%In order to improve the gear transmission ability, this study proposes to use a direct design method to ex⁃amine meshing theory of asymmetric involute gear with a small number of teeth suitable for one-direction transmis⁃sion. The calculation method of gear convection heat transfer coefficient was reviewed. A finite element model of gear teeth was established to analyze temperature field of the gear. The factors influencing temperature field distribu⁃tion of gear with a small number of teeth were analyzed. Function expression of gear tooth surface's highest tempera⁃ture changing with speed, load and oil temperature was derived. Theoretical and experimental comparisons, were made to verify the accuracy of using a finite element method to analyze the temperature field of the gear with a small number of teeth. The results show that the highest temperature appears in reference circle near the addendum. The load was found to have more influence on gear temperature than speed.
