桥梁限位型减隔震支座试验及其参数敏感性分析

             

摘要

为了将限位功能集成于普通支座,简化设计和施工过程,提高经济性能,提出一种具有限位功能的新型减隔震支座.新支座通过外加支座底盆限制位移,通过高阻尼橡胶块缓冲限位冲击力、提供自复位刚度和一定的耗能功能;将地震易损部件模块化,方便震后修复.足尺模型拟静力试验和参数敏感性分析结果表明,其减隔震和限位功能符合预期.摩擦系数越大,墩梁相对位移和桥墩剪力越小;橡胶块的缓冲刚度越大,剪力越大但位移越小;橡胶块的缓冲刚度和支座滑动间隙取值需综合考虑位移和剪力的影响.%In order to simplify the design and construction process and reduce the cost the displacement limitation funtion can be integrated into the traditional bearing.So a new type of bearing was formed by using an additional basin in the traditional bearing, by which the maximum displacement was constrained.The new bearing could buffer the displacement limitation impact force as well as provide self-reset stiffness and energy dissipation capacity through high-damping rubber block.Then, a modularized design was applied to seismic vulnerable components, which could be easily repaired after earthquake.Results of the quasi-static test on the full-scale model indicate that the displacement limitation function and the function of isolation are in accordance with expected outcomes.The parameter sensitivity analysis was conducted and yiecded some useful results that of practical significance.
