高职教师提升科技创新能力多元激励机制的实践与探索——以广东轻工职业技术学院为例

         

摘要

To guarantee the healthy, continuous development of the vocational education, the govern⁃ment, industry, enterprise and college should perform their duties, build multiple incentive mechanism, and ad⁃vance the scientific innovation abilities of the teachers in vocational colleges continuously. This essay, taking Guangdong Industial Technical College as example, puts forward that the government should play a leading role to stimulate the teachers to promote their scientific innovation abilities, that industry and enterprise insist on the basis of mutual benefit, and incorporate industry, academia, research cooperation which stimulates the teachers to promote their scientific innovation abilities, that college intensify system innovation and push on its inside reform to stimulate the teachers to promote their scientific innovation abilities.%  为保证职业教育健康、可持续发展,政府、行业、企业、学校应四方联动、各司其职,建立多元激励机制,不断提升高职教师的科技创新能力。政府应发挥机制保障的主导作用,激励高职教师提升科技创新能力;行业、企业应坚持互惠互利,融入激励高职教师提升科技创新能力的产研合作;学校应制度创新,推行激励高职教师提升科技创新能力的内部改革。
