2型糖尿病患者骨碱性磷酸酶25羟维生素D及骨钙素水平

摘要

Objective:To investigate BAP,25 Hydroxy Vitamin D and osteocalcin level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:48 type 2 diabetes patients as observation group,and 48 volunteers as control group.All females were menopausal women.Both groups after admission were carried on the extraction of venous blood,and then biochemistry analyzer was adopted to determine BAP,25 Hydroxy Vitamin D [25 (OH)D3] and osteocalcin level,FPG,SCr and HbAlc levels;EIECSYS was adopted to determine OC.Results:Compared with control group,FPG,Serum SCr,HbAlc levels in observation group increased (P ＜ 0.05);compared with males of control group,25 (OH) D3 and OC level of males of observation group decreased,while BAP level increased (P ＜ 0.05),compared with females of control group,25 (OH) D3 and OC level of females of observation group decreased,while BAP level increased (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Concerning type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,BAP level increased,while 25 (OH)D3 and OC level decreased.%目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、25羟维生素D及骨钙素水平.方法:48例2型糖尿病患者为观察组,同期48例健康体检者为对照组,两组女性均为绝经期妇女;观察组患者于入院时、对照组被检者于体检时抽取静脉血,采用全自动化生化分析仪测定血清中骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D3]及空腹血糖(FPG)、血清肌酐(SCr)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平,采用采用全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪测定血清骨钙素(OC)水平.结果:与对照组比较,观察组FPG、血SCr、HbAlc水平浓度升高(P＜0.05);与对照组男性比较,观察组男性25 (OH) D3、OC水平降低,而BAP水平升高(P＜0.05);与对照组女性比较,观察组女性25 (OH) D3、OC水平降低,而BAP水平升高(P＜0.05).结论:2型糖尿病患者BAP水平升高,而25 (OH) D3及OC水平降低.
