有限元方法是当今工程分析和计算中不可缺少的重要工具之一。阐述了使用有限元方法数值求解偏微分方程的一般过程,讨论了基于FreeFem++的有限元编程方法;并通过计算流体力学中两个典型问题的数值模拟,说明了使用FreeFem++进行有限元编程与计算的简单和高效。%Finite element method is one of the important and indispensable tools in engineering analysis and computations nowadays.This paper deals with the general procedure of numerical solution of partial differential equations with a finite element method,and discusses the programming method for finite element computations with FreeFem++.Numerical simulations of two benchmark problems in computational fluid dynamics are also given to demonstrate the simplicity and efficiency of parallel finite element computations with FreeFem++.
