PURPOSE:To efficiently use a vector computer by providing a means to forecast the height and inclination of a mesh adjacent to a mesh with an interpolating function obtained by time. CONSTITUTION:By providing a means to forecast the height (f) and the inclination (m) of meshes (i+1) and (i-1) adjacent to a certain mesh (i) with an interpolating function obtained by a time (n) after the quantity shown by the function (f) of an equation is divided into plural meshes and an integrating quantity Sin+1 by each mesh of next time (n+1) is obtained with a tertiary function interpolation and the conservative law of quantity from an integrating quantity Sin at the certain time (n) with the flowing-in quantity and the flowing-out quantity (namely, hourly changing quantity) at respective meshes, the height (f) of the mesh (i) at the time (n+1) is directly obtained. Thus, the data come to be the vector length of the number (i = 0, 1, 2...) of space segmenting and a vector computer can be efficiently used.
