PURPOSE:To efficiently use a vector computer by providing a means to forecast the height and inclination of a mesh adjacent to a mesh with an interpolating function obtained by time. Thus, the data come to be the vector length of the number (i = 0, 1, 2...) of space segmenting and a vector computer can be efficiently used.
