Morethan a yearOf teaching practice shows that, Implementation Of undergraduate tutorial system in the teaching- oriented normalcolleges is effective.%贵州师范学院经济与政治学院从2010年9月开始实施本科生导师制。一年多的教学实践表明，教学型师范院校结合师范教育特点实施本科生导师制，对提升学生的思想政治觉悟、教师职业道德、教学技能以及一定的科研技能具有很好的正面效果，同时通过师生互动的加强，也使高校教师教学水平得到了很好的提升。
