国际化视阀下的优质幼师培养模式的研究

摘要

基于对国际上一些先进的优质幼师培养模式进行分析研究，结合目前我国幼师培养的一些实际问题，阐述了构建优质幼师的培养模式的意义，并还探讨提高优质幼儿园教师培养质量的教学改革方法，从我国的基本国情出发，在开展国际化合作的同时不断推进幼师培养教学方面的改革，以达到提高幼师专业素质的目的，从而建立起培养优质幼师的教育机制。%Based on the analysis and research on a number of international advanced high-quality training modes,com-bined with some current practical problems about training teachers,we expatiate the significance about the training mode in the construction of high-quality teachers.This article also discusses teaching reform methods to improve the training quality of kindergarten teacher,from Chinese basic conditions,continue to advance the reform of kindergarten teachers training education at the same time of developing international cooperation,in order to reach the purposes improving the quality of kindergarten teachers,and to establish the education system of training high-quality teachers.
