我国跆拳道运动自开展以来,跆拳道裁判员对项目的推广与发展起到了积极的促进作用.研究以利益冲突理论为依据,质性研究的范式为基础,采用深度访谈的研究方法对不同背景、经历与等级裁判员对利益冲突的观念与行为进行对比与分析:裁判员的个人品行直接决定其在参与者心目中的形象、同时也对其利益关系形成约束;人情与个别行业现象会对裁判员的利益关系形成负面的影响;政府与领导的不同态度会对裁判员的执裁与判罚产生较大的影响;在新时期的治理理念下,裁判员选调机制、多元化治理模式等,都会对裁判员维护公共利益产生正面的影响.%Since taekwondo was developed in China, taekwondo referees have played a positive role in promoting and developing it.Based on the theory of interest conflicts and the paradigm of qualitative research, by means of in-depth interviews, this study compared and analyzed the opinions and acts of referees with different backgrounds, experiences and classes on interest conflicts.The study found that referees' personal characters would directly determine their images in the eyes of participants and constrain interest relationship;human relationship and a few professional phenomena would exert a negative impact on the interest relationship of referees;the different attitudes between government and leaders would have a great influence on the judge and penalty of referees;with the idea of governance in the new era, the transferring mechanism and diversified management modes of referees would have a positive influence on referees' safeguarding public interests.
