广西民族地区语文教师的伦理道德意识对学生的影响

     

摘要

The statistics of the case study and interviews in Guangxi ethnic regions show that the ethic consciousness of the Chinese language teachers is particularly shown in social norms and professional attitude. Their self-cultivation and humanity quality are comparatively weak, displaying a kind of heteronomy which has not yet come to the self-discipline level. The realization of ethic education in language course shall start from improving the ethic consciousness of the language teachers. Firstly, the language teachers shall face up to the status quo of their own ethic level; secondly, they shall analyze whether their own ethic level has positive influence or negative influence to the students; thirdly, they can improve the standard of lan- guage ethic education by increasing their own ethic consciousness level.%广西民族地区的个案调查和访谈的数据表明,广西民族地区语文教师的伦理道德意识表现比较突出的主要在社会规范、职业态度这些方面,而自身修养、人文素质方面相对较弱,表现出他律的特征,没有达到自律的水平。语文德育目标的实现要从提升语文教师的伦理道德意识水平开始。首先语文教师要正视自己的伦理道德水平状况,其次要分析自身伦理道德水平对学生的积极影响和消极影响,第三,通过提升自己的伦理道德意识水平提高语文德育的水平。
