新加坡南洋理工大学人才战略的实施及其启示

     

摘要

新加坡南洋理工大学能在短期内发展成为世界知名大学,是与其人才战略的成功实施密不可分的。南洋理工大学在人才引进、人才培养和人才任用等方面都颇具特色,其成功经验值得中国高校学习和借鉴。在建设世界一流大学和一流学科中,中国高校要结合学科发展特点做好引智工作,制定合理的人才引进计划,完善人才培育和任用机制。%The reason why Nanyang Technological University has become a world famous univer-sity in a very short period is closely related to the fact that it has successfully implemented the talent strategy.This University is rather unique in talent introduction,talent training and talent appoint-ment.Its successful experience is worth our study.In the construction of world leading universities and first-class disciplines,taking the discipline development into full account,the higher education in-stitutions in our country should improve the talent recruitment work,develop a reasonable talent in-troduction plan and improve the mechanism of talent training and appointment.
