In the guiding ideology, the study of the history of Chinese constitutional law only focuses on the concept of law and ignores the tendency of "state view", and it should be balanced between the two.In terms of methodology, the study of Chinese constitutional history should focus not only on the application of legal methods, especially in the constitutional history of special fields, but also on the study of the methods of other related disciplines as well as the nourishment of knowledge.In the research aspect, the study of Chinese constitutional history should also pay attention to the construction of the local view, pay attention to its own constitutional practice and respond to the problems in the implementation of its constitution.And the implementation of these new ideas and new ideas, ultimately requires all the constitution scholars to fulfill the mission.%在指导思想上,中国宪法史研究存在只重视"法律观"而忽视"国家观"的倾向,应该做到二者兼顾.在方法观上,中国宪法史研究当中不仅应该注重法学方法的运用,尤其是就专门领域宪法史研究而言,还需要其他关联学科的方法、知识的滋养.在研究面向上,中国宪法史研究还应该注重本土观的建构,关注本国的宪法实践,回应本国宪法实施中产生的问题.而以上这些新观念和新思想的落实,最终需要所有宪法学者的使命担当才能实现.
