Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was applied to the determination of lead in yellow wine and the instrument conditions were optimized.In selected conditions,the detected limit of this method was 0.0295μg·L-1,the relative standar deviations(RSD) was less than 10% and the recoveries was 92.7%~99.0%.The method is accurate and precise with less disturbance.%采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定黄酒中铅的含量,对仪器条件和反应条件进行了选择和优化。在选定的操作条件下,方法的检出限为0.0295μg.L-1,相对标准偏差小于10%,回收率为92.7%~99.0%。该方法具有简便、准确、可靠、干扰少的优点。
