珠三角日语人才市场需求调研与专业人才培养策略

通过分析2010年珠三角日语人才市场需求现状，提出日语专业应用型人才培养对策：明确专业定位，夯实专业内涵；整合课程体系，优化课程模式；加大校企合作，强化实践教学；拓宽培养途径，注重素质培养。%By analyzing the situations of the 2010 Japanese talents market demand in the Pearl River Delta, the author puts forward talents cultivating measures in college and university. These are to have a clear specialty orientation, master well specialty content, integrate curriculums and optimize curriculum models, increase school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen practical teaching, enrich cultivating approaches and intensify abilities training.
