在发端于明末清初延至20世纪中叶的中国典籍外译热潮中,主要陶瓷典籍如《陶说》、《景德镇陶录》、《匋雅》等被译成法文、英文,在西方引起了强烈反响.但是,陶瓷典籍现有译本的数量和质量与陶瓷(典籍)在中华文化体系中的特殊地位及其在中西文化交流中的特殊作用极不相称,远不能满足当前国家大力推行中国文化走出去战略的需要.%In the upsurge of translation of Chinese classics ranging from the turning period of the Ming and Qing dynasty to the 1950s, the major Chinese porcelain classics such as Tao Shuo, Jinddezhen Tao Lu and Tao Ya were all translated into French or/and English, which stirred a fervor in the western world.However, we find that the current translations of Chinese porcelain classics are not adequate both in quantity and in quality to match its significance in the Chinese cultural system and the China-West cultural exchange as well.
