从国家社科基金立项项目看广东省社会科学竞争力——基于1993-2011年国家社科基金立项的统计分析

摘要

The paper analyzes the research projects supported by National Social Science Fund in Guangdong from 1993-2011 with the method of bibliometrics. The outcome reveals that geographically, the number of funded projects in Guangdong is 985 in total, ranking the 5th. The average annual growth rate in Guangdong is 17.14%. The proportion of fund projects in Guangdong against the whole country rises steadily, ranking the 3th.The topic distribution covers all the 23 funded subjects, but the strength of researchers need to be enhanced, and the development trends of different subjects are uneven as well. Besides, the research results are hierarchical, specialized and uneven in development. The universities in Guangdong take advantage over other research units. Finally, with 113 core hosts, they take turns too frequently.%运用文献计量学方法对广东省1993—2011年国家社科基金项目的立项状况统计分析，从地区分布来看，广东共立项985项，在31个省区中排名第5。立项的年均增长率为17．14％，立项数占全国比重的增长幅度稳中有升，排名第3。立项项目门类齐全，已经全部覆盖国家社科基金的23个学科，但研究人员的实力尚待进一步提升，各学科之间发展态势也不平衡。研究成果形式分布具有层次性、发展不平衡和过于单一特点。从研究单位实力来看，高等院校一枝独秀，共有113个核心主持人，但项目主持人更替频繁。
