思想政治教育中的大学生情绪调节研究

摘要

This paper attempts to analyze college students' ability of emotion regulation and its affecting factors, and explores those impacts of college ideological and political education on students' emotion regulation. Then the study provides recommendations for mental health education and scientific and effective ideological and political education based on the analysis.%拟通过了解分析大学生情绪调节能力及其影响因素现状,探讨高校思想政治教育对大学生自身情绪调节的影响因素,为大学生心理健康教育以及思想政治教育的科学有效进行提供建议.
