UBIQUITOUS-LEARNING MIDDLEWARE DEVICE FOR GENERATING STUDY EMOTION INDEX RELATED TO STUDY CONCENTRATION LEVEL FROM BIO-SIGNAL EMOTION INDEX AND CONTEXT INFORMATION

Provided is a ubiquitous-learning middleware device for generating a study emotion index (SEI) from a bio-signal emotion index (BEI) and context information. The ubiquitous-learning middleware device comprises: a communication module for receiving the BEI and the context information, each from an emotion recognition module (SEAM) and a context recognition module (LEAM); a standard information database for storing standard index data showing the correlation between the BEI and the SEI obtained from an experiment conducted on a plurality of users; and an emotion/context index analysis processing module for referring to the standard index data and analyzing the received BEI and context information, and for generating the SEI of a user on the basis of the analysis.
