Provided is a ubiquitous learning study efficacy enhancement device for enhancing the study efficacy of a user on the basis of a bio-signal emotion index (BEI) and a study emotion index (SEI) generated from context information of a user. The ubiquitous learning study efficacy enhancement device comprises: an emotion recognition module (SEAM) for generating the BEI related to brain status of a user from a bio-signal of the user; a context recognition module (LEAM) for generating the context information on surrounding context of the user; a standard information database for storing standard index data showing the correlation between the BEI and the SEI obtained from an experiment conducted on a plurality of users; and a middleware unit for generating the SEI on the basis of the BEI, the SEI, and the context information.
