浅谈高职生人际沟通能力的培养途径

摘要

Vocational college students form a large group of higher education in China. It's important and urgent to pay enough attention to them and their skills in interpersonal communication. The paper analyzes the current problems of vocational students in interpersonal communication and proposes an appropriate solution to prodive some references on this issue.%高职院校学生是我国高等教育中的一个庞大群体，需要关注他们的成长、成才，尤其是如何处理人际关系问题是摆在当前高职院校教育工作者面前的一个重要而紧迫的任务。文中分析了当前高职生在人际沟通中出现的问题及影响因素，提卅了相应的解决途径，期望对当前高职学生人际沟通能力的培养有所启示。
