高职公路运输与管理专业“准企业式2＋1”人才培养模式探索

摘要

人才培养模式是目前高职教育发展的关键性问题之一。文中结合新疆交通职业技术学院公路运输与管理专业人才培养模式的改革，对专业培养目标、课程体系、教学方法等人才培养方案的定位进行了探索和实践，提出公路运输与管理专业基于订单培养的“准企业式2＋1”人才培养模式，以培养适应区域经济发展需求的运输管理人才。%Personel training mode （PTM） is one of the key problems of the current development of higher vocational education. This paper integrates the PTM reformation of road transportation and management speciality of Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Communications and studies the orientation of major training targets; courses system; teaching method and training program. It also propose a new type PTM which may train transportation man- agement talents who meet the needs of regional economic development.
