基于弯拉强度的路面再生混凝土配合比设计研究

摘要

再生粗骨料孔隙率大、吸水率大、表观密度低、压碎指标值高，与天然粗骨料有很大差异。考虑再生粗骨料本身的特点，文中提出了一种基于弯拉强度的路面再生混凝土配合比设计方法。经试验研究证明，通过该方法设计的路面再生混凝土可以很好地满足路面使用的各项性能指标要求。该配合比设计方法可为再生混凝土在路面中的应用提供参考。%The recycled coarse aggregate is different from the natural coarse aggregate in that it has the characteris-tics of high porosity, high water absorption, low apparent density and high crushing value. This paper presents a pave-ment recycled concrete design method based on the flexural tensile strength. Test results show that the pavement re-cycled concrete designed with this method satisfies all performance indexes well. The mix proportion design method would provide some references to the application of recycled concrete on pavement.
