基于GIS的城市住房选址分析

摘要

This article analyzes the domestic and foreignresearches on facility location and the present applica-tion ,and points out the insufficiency of the traditional methods of selected location .Moreover ,taking Yuci District of Jinzhong City ,Shanxi Province as an example ,the article takes the education resources as the se-lecting standard of house location based on the spacial analysis function of GIS ,and chooses the optimum lo-cation among different selection plans .%分析了国内外设施选址的研究和应用现状，指出了传统选址决策方法的不足。以教育资源作为确定住房区域选址的目标，结合G IS的空间分析功能，以榆次区为例进行了研究，探讨了在不同选址方案下，选址的合理区位。
