混酸体系中铝阳极氧化膜表面结构的研究

         

摘要

Taking the mixed acids of H2SO4 and H2C2O4 as an electrolyte, the aluminum sheet was anodized under the direct current. The morphology,components and the microstructure of anodic oxide films were characterized by SEM.XRD and EDS;the influences of contributing factors,including oxidation time,current density and ultrasonic wave, were studied to prove the surface structure of anodic oxide film. The results showed that the form of pores was affected by the length of oxidation time,the shape of pores being more and more regular. The current density had a greater influence on the distribution of pores. When the current density was higher than 15 mA·cm-2 ,the quantity of pores would be increased,but not neat; the crystal would appear in the oxide film when the ultrasonic was used in the anodic oxidation technology. They were A12O3 crystals.%采用硫酸—草酸混酸溶液作为电解液,对纯铝片进行直流阳极氧化,研究了氧化时间、电流密度、超声波等因素对阳极氧化膜微观结构的影响,采用SEM、XRD、EDS等方法对阳极氧化膜的微观形貌、成分和结构进行了分析.结果表明,氧化时间对氧化膜表面微观结构的影响主要体现在随着氧化时间的延长,氧化膜表面的微孔形状越来越规则地发生变化,电流密度对阳极氧化膜表面微孔的分布情况影响较大,当电流密度超过15 mA·cm-2时氧化膜表面的微孔数量有所增加,但不规整;将超声波作用于阳极氧化过程中,阳极氧化膜有晶体结构出现,经检测分析为Al2O3晶体.
