师范类专科院校大学生心理健康状况调查——以陇南师专为例

         

摘要

了解师范类专科院校大学生的心理健康状况。为有针对性的开展心理健康教育和心理咨询工作提供依据。方法:采用自编问卷调查及量表施测的方法,对陇南师专754名大学生进行了研究分析。结果:第一,专科大学生SCL一90各症状因子分均值普遍高于同年龄组常模,且存在显著性差异;第二,问卷调查显示,对专科大学生心理健康影响最大的因素依次为:就业压力、人际交往压力、学习压力,这与SCL-90量表施测结果是一致的;第三,量表各症状中,在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子上,女大学生心理健康水平显著低于男大学生。师范类专科大学生心理健康的整体水平偏低,学校应高度重视,采取有效措施进行干预。%Objective:To understand the mental health status of normal college students, and to provide evidence for the mental health education and psychological counselling. Methods:Using questionnaire with by myself and SCL90 as psychometric instrument, 754students from LongNan Teachers College were selected to undergo a survey. Results:The result shows that: (1) factor mean in SCL90 of LongNan Teachers College students is higher than that of adult norm. (2) questionnaire shows that the biggest impact fac tors for mental health status is employment pressure .interpersonal communication and study pressure, it is according to the results of SCL90. (3) the level of mental health of LongNan Teachers College for female college students is higher than that of male college students, such as obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and terror. Conclusion:The mental health level of normal college students is low and should be paid more attention. Effective action should be taken to intervene it.
