转型期城市化进程中“城中村”问题研究——以兰州市安宁区水挂庄村为例

摘要

Take water Hung village of Lanzhou city Anning District as an example,the reconstruction of city village economy current situation problem undertook an analysis,Put forward to be with the market oriented,control villages derivative;to retain the village in the city for the principle,design different transformation patterns;break two yuan segmentation,integrated design of village governance mechanism;improve the city housing system,to provide low rent housing;improve farmers＇ employment and social security system solutions.%以兰州市安宁区水挂庄村为例,对＂城中村＂经济现状进行了分析,提出以市场化为导向,控制＂城中村＂的衍生;以适当保留＂城中村＂为原则,设计不同的改造模式;打破二元分割,综合设计＂城中村＂治理机制;完善城市住房体系,提供低端赁住房供给;完善被征地农民的就业和社会保障制度等解决方案.
