社区矫正工作问题实证分析--以福建省97所司法所为样本

摘要

The judicial organization is the executive department of the community correction and the judicial in-stitute becomes the most basic unit that undertakes the daily work of community correction. As the research of the working situation of 97 judicial institutes in Fujian province shows,we should pour more funds into community cor-rection, imperfect the legislation, construct a professional team and promote the connection between departments in order to push the community correction steadily forward.%司法机关是社区矫正工作的执行部门，司法所作为我国社区矫正执行体系中最基层的执行机构，承担社区矫正日常工作。对福建省97所司法所社区矫正工作现状的调查结果显示，要推动社区矫正工作稳步前行，应增加经费投入、完善立法、建构专业队伍和促进部门衔接。
