Objective To analyze and summarize the treatment effect of iloprost solution for inhalation in pulmonary arterial hypertension patients. Methods Thirty pulmonary arterial hypertension pa tients -were analyzed retrospectively, after they received 10 μg of iloprost solution for inhalation six times a day,we analyzed the changes of mean pulmonary arterial pressure(MPAP) measured by doppler echocardiography(UCG) , MPAP measured by right heart catheterization, six-minute walking distance and cardiac function standard of NYHA. Results 12 months after the treatment of iloprost solution for inhalation, the mean pulmonary arterial pressure (MPAP) measured by doppler echocardiography (UCG) -was decreased from (117. 4 + 16. 3)mmHg to (101. 0 + 16. 0)mmHg(P<0. 05) , the MPAP measured by right heart catheterization was decreased from (78. 1+9. 4)mmHg to (70. 3 + 8. l)mmHg(P<0. 05), the six-minute walking distance was ascended from (338. 5 + 133. 0)m to (446. 5 + 151. 6)m(P<0. 05), and the cardiac function -were improved(P<0. 05). There -were no severe drug adverse reactions happened. Conclusions Iloprost solution for inhalation has remarkable curative effect for pulmonary arterial hypertension patients,it can decrease the MPAP, ascend the six-minute walking distance and improve the cardiac function.%目的 分析总结吸入用伊洛前列素溶液对肺动脉高压(PAH)患者的治疗效果.方法 PAH患者30例,使用吸入用伊洛前列素溶液10 μg,6次/d后,多普勒超声心动图检查肺动脉平均压,右心导管检查肺动脉平均压、6 min步行距离及NYHA心功能分级的变化.结果 在吸入伊洛前列素12月后,心脏彩超所测平均肺动脉压力由(117.4±16.3)mmHg下降至(101.0±16.0)mmHg(P<0.05),右心导管所测平均肺动脉压由(78.1±9.4)mmHg下降至(70.3±8.1)mmHg(P<0.05),6 min步行距离由(338.5±133.0)m上升到(446.5±151.6)m(P<0.05),心功能较前改善(P<0.05).未出现因使用药物而引起的严重不良反应.结论 吸入用伊洛前列素溶液能降低PAH患者的平均肺动脉压力,增加其6 min步行距离,改善心功能分级.
