外源激素和糖对石斛兰原球茎受体系统建立的影响

         

摘要

The effect of hormone and sugar on the transgenic system establishment of protocorm-like bodies ( PLBs) of Dendrobium spp. was studied. The results showed that the subtle green PLBs was induced on the KC medium supplemented with 2.0 mg · L~(-1) 6-BA and 0.5 mg · L~(-1) NAA, the rate of propagation was 8.02, the growth of PLBs was the best and PLBs was with a little differen-tiation and slight browning. The growth of PLBs cultured on the media with high concentrations of 6-BA and NAA was very poor, so was on the media with high concentration of sugar. PLBs with sugar were better than that with sucrose.%研究了外源激素和糖对石斛兰原球茎受体系统建立的影响,结果表明:在KC+2 mg·L~(-1) 6-BA+0.5 mg·L~(-1) NAA+20 g·L~(-1)白糖+5.8 g·L~(-1)琼脂培养基上可培养出浅绿色、细小且致密的石斛兰原球茎.原球茎仅小部分发生分化,褐化程度轻,生长快长势最好,繁殖倍数可达到8.02倍.6-BA和NAA浓度越高,原球茎受体生长越差;白糖培养效果优于蔗糖培养效果,白糖和蔗糖浓度越高,原球茎受体生长越差.
