交锁髓内钉联合阻挡钉技术在胫骨及股骨干骺端骨折治疗中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore interlocking intramedulary nail barrier nail treatment of fractures of the tibia and femur metaphysis. Methods To analysis of March 2011 to February 2012 with interlocking intramedulary nail joint block nail for treating femoral and tibial metaphyseal fractures of 30 patients with relevant information.Results 30 patients with fracture healing average healing time (18.1±2.5) W; folow-up of 12 months, clinical score, excelent in 19 cases (63.3%), good in 8 cases (26.7%), 3 cases (1.0%), good rate of 90.0%.Conclusion Interlocking intramedulary nailing in the treatment of tibial and femoral metaphyseal bone therapy, application of barrier nail technology can effectively correct angular deformity, to increase bone screws complex stability worthy of promotion.%　　目的探讨交锁髓内钉联合阻挡钉技术治疗胫骨及股骨干骺端骨折中的应用。方法回顾分析2011年3月至2012年2月采用交锁髓内钉联合阻挡钉治疗股骨、胫骨干骺端骨折30例相关资料。结果30例患者骨折愈合平均愈合时间（18.1±2.5）W；随访12个月临床评分，优19例（63.3%）、良8例（26.7%）、可3例（1.0%）、优良率90.0%。结论交锁髓内钉技术治疗胫骨及股骨干骺端骨治疗中，应用阻挡钉技术可有效矫正成角畸形，增加骨钉复合体的稳定性，值得临床推广。
