我校自动化专业近年在产学研结合创新人才培养模式方面做了一定的探索与实践。本文就自动化创新班模式、高校与企业联合实施订单式培养模式,介绍了其组建、培养和管理过程。同时,笔者就因材施教、多层次自动化创新人才培养问题,介绍了自动化(本硕连读)创新班和国内外交换生联合培养,并就上述改革过程中的问题进行分析和探讨。%Efforts have been being made in SCUT to offer automation majors education models that are characteristic of creativity-orientedness and industry-university-research cooperation.This paper presents the starting and the management of the two models for automation majors: the creativity-oriented class model and the university-enterprise-cooperation order placing model.It also deals with the creativity-oriented class and the international exchange student program from the perspective of personalized teaching and multi-level creative professionals training.Moreover,an analysis is given about the problems exsiting in the above-mentioned model reform.
