高校共青团组织服务大学生创业教育的经验探究--基于东莞理工学院的探索

摘要

在“大众创业，万众创新”的时代背景下，创业人才的培养成为了高校发展及其培养人才的一个重要方向。培养创业人才，高校共青团在其中起着不可忽视的作用。本文根据目前高校在创业人才培养中存在的问题，全面分析高校共青团组织在当中发挥的作用，结合东莞理工学院共青团的经验，提出具体的路径和完善创业人才培养工作机制的对策。%Under the historical background of Massive Startups and Innovation time, training people to be innovative be-comes an important direction of development in colleges and universities.What’s more, the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities has already played a considerable role in training.This paper, according to the present problems in creative training in colleges and universities, comprehensively analyses the roles of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and combines with the successful experience of the Communist Youth League of Dongguan University of Technology to propose a specific way for improving the mechanism of innovative training.
