民国时期心理学名词汉译与审定

摘要

From 1 91 1 to 1 949,a great number of western psychology books were introduced to China. During this course,the individual translator had to face some difficulties that the terms translation brought about.In their translating practice,the translators was also conscious of the importance of the terms,and they made lots of effort in terms translation.However,owing to lack of standardization and unity,some confusion in terms translation appeared,which limited the spreading and communication of the culture.In order to standardize and unite the psychology translation term,the Chinese Education Innovation Society began to take to the terms censorship in 1 922.In the first half of 1 935,the National Compilation Commit-tee began to take to psychology terms censorship.Compared with the censorship by the Chinese Education Innovation Society,what the National Compilation Committee did made more effect in the psychology field.%民国时期，西方心理学知识大量传入到国内。译介过程中，名词术语的翻译成为译者必须面对的一项重要工作，为此他们付出了辛勤劳动。但由于缺乏规范，也造成了汉译名词的乱象丛生，从而制约了文化的传播与交流。为了规范名词术语的汉译，促进学术健康发展，中华教育改进社和国立编译馆先后进行了心理学名词的审定工作，在一定程度上促进汉译名的统一。
