甲型H1N1流感1126例回顾性临床分析

This paper aims to explore the differences between mild cases of influenza A (H1N1) and ordinary flu. Clinical data of 1,126 cases of influenza A (H1N1) in Dalian University in September 2009 to April 2010 was retrospectively analysed. The results showed that outbreak time of influenza A (H1N1) differed from that of ordinary flu. The results of early blood tests showed that 92.4%of the cases had a reduction of eosinophil percentage, 83.0%of the cases had a reduction of lymphocyte percentage, and 71.6%had an increase of mononuclear cells percentage. No significant differences of the clinical manifestation and treatment between influenza A (H1N1) and ordinary flu were observed. This research proved that early-stage blood routine examinations could help to distinct influenza A (H1N1) from ordinary flu.%为探讨甲型H1N1流感轻症病例与普通流感不同之处。采用回顾性分析2009年9月至2010年4月我校1126例甲型H1N1流感患者的临床资料。显示暴发时间与普通流感季节不同。早期血常规检查结果显示：92.4%病例嗜酸粒细胞百分率减低，83.0%病例淋巴细胞百分率减低，71.6%病例单核细胞百分率增高。临床表现及治疗方法与普通流感无明显区别。发现甲型H1N1流感患者早期血常规检查可显示与普通流感不同之异常改变。
