舞蹈训练中非平衡性力量训练研究--跨界训练舞蹈元素与体育元素的结合

         

摘要

Strength training of muscle group in core areas can effectively increase the strength and stability of muscles. Core stability and core strength become hot topics in sports physiology and training studies. They also aroused attention in the field of dance training at fundamental skills. In recent years, core stability and core strength are gradually applied in the practice of dance training, and become an effective means for dancers to prevent injuries and develop physical stamina. BOSU trainers can not only develop dancers’ strength of core muscle group comprehensively, but also enhance dancers’ interpretation to works and their performances on stage, thus giving audiences enjoyment to art and helping dancers prevent waist injuries. Based on documentary analysis, expert interviews, observation method, mathematical statistics and experimental contrasts, combining the characteristics of dance major, this article makes an analysis on core strength of dancing, and gives suggestions on training methods for core strength.%核心区肌群力量训练可以很好地提升核心区域肌肉的力量和稳定性。“核心稳定性”(Core stability)和“核心力量”(Core strength)成为运动生理学和运动训练研究的热点问题,也引起舞蹈在基本功训练领域的关注,近几年来逐渐运用到舞蹈训练实践中,成为舞者发展体能和预防损伤的有效手段。博速球训练器不但能够全方位的发展舞蹈者的核心肌群力量,同时也有利于提高舞蹈者对作品的诠释和舞台展示,并给观众带来艺术上的享受,从而更好的预防舞者的腰部损伤。本文在运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和观察法、数理统计法、实验对照法的基础上,对舞蹈的核心力量特点进行了剖析,并结合舞蹈的专业特性提出相关的核心力量练习方法和建议。
