高职三年制护理专业学生学习动机现状调查分析

         

摘要

This paper investigates the learning motivation of 540 three-year nursing students in Liaoning Province. High vocational nursing students have high learning motivation besides their ability dimension in different schools, but other dimensions are significantly different (P¡0.01); Dimensions of learning motivation, internal and external motivations, altruism orientation, learning interest of various nursing students differ signifi-cantly (P¡0.01);Vocation preference differ significantly (reputation dimension P¡0.05, others dimension (P¡0.01);The learning motivation in each dimension has significant difference (altruism orientation dimension P=0.011, all others P¡0.01). The result shows that learning motivation of three-year vocational nursing students is influenced by many factors. Nursing educators and relevant departments may reform education system, develop courses with vocational characteristics to cultivate students interest and improve their professional identity.%调查高职三年制护理专业学生学习动机现状,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用大学生学习动机问卷对辽宁省540名高职三年制护理专业学生进行调查。结果:高职三年制护生学习动机得分较高,不同学校间护生除能力追求维度无差异外,其它各维度均存在显著差异(P¡0.01);不同年级护生学习动机、内部动机、外部动机、利他取向、求知兴趣各维度差异显著(P¡0.01);是否喜欢本专业护生学习动机各维度差异显著(声誉获取维度P¡0.05,其他各维度P¡0.01);不同前景展望高职护生学习动机各维度差异显著(利他取向维度P=0.011,其他各维度P¡0.01)。结论:高职三年制护生学习动机受多种因素影响,护理教育者及相关部门根据其特点改革教育体制、开展具有高职特色的课程和培训来培养护生学习兴趣、提高专业认同感是有必要的。
