大学生社会主义核心价值观认同的影响因素与培育对策

摘要

大学生是中华民族伟大复兴的主力军,帮助大学生树立正确的价值观事关新时代中国特色社会主义事业的成败.文章实证调查影响大学生社会主义核心价值观认同意愿的主要影响因素,结果表明:社会环境 、网络舆情 、教师引导等对其有显著影响并呈正向相关;大学文化的影响不显著;朋辈群体对其影响呈负向相关.据此提出对策:坚定正确的政治导向,加强大学文化建设,发挥教师的主导作用,利用网络新媒体技术,满足多样化的需求,培育全方位的教育载体,实施科学的过程调控.%University students are the main force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation .Helping them to establish appropriate values is essential to the success or failure of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era .The paper has made an empirical investigation of the main factors affecting college students' willingness to identify with socialist core values .The results show that social environment ,network public o-pinions and teacher guidance are significantly positive factors ;university culture is not a significant factor ;peer group impact is a negative influence .Accordingly ,the paper proposes the following countermeasures :uphold correct political orientations ,enrich university culture ,bring into full play the instructional role of teachers , make full use of the new media technology ,meet diversified needs ,nurture all-round education channels and implement scientific process control .
