12味药食两用中药抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶作用研究

             

摘要

The orglucosidase inhibitor activity of Twelve species of edible traditional Chinese medicine which have remedial effect to diabetes mellitus traditionally were investigated in this paper. These herbs were systematic extracted by n-hexane, methylene dichloride, ethylacetate, methanel and aqueous. Taking PNPG as the substrate, the inhibitory activity against orglucosidase of all these extracts were analysised with the contents of PNP in hydrolyzate by HPLC method. Results showed that all these extracts had different inhibitory activity against orglucosidase whose inhibitory activity generaly better than Acarbose. All the extracts of Flos Caryophylli and Cortex Cinnamomi indicated more inhibitory activities against crglucosidase. Methanol extract of Semen Torreyae, aqueous extract of Flos Caryophylli and Cortex Cinnamomi could significantly inhibit 95% the activity against α-glucosidase. This screening provided important information in the exploitation and utilization of traditional Chinese medicines to find higher and newer inhibitors against crglucosidase.%选择对糖尿病有治疗作用的12味药食两用中药,经正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、水5种溶剂系统提取获得60个提取部位,以对-硝基苯基-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷为底物,通过高效液相色谱分析水解产物中的对-硝基酚,进行α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的体外筛选.结果表明,12味药食两用中药各提取部位均表现出不同程度的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,且抑制活性普遍高于常用降糖药物Acarbose.丁香和肉桂的所有提取部位均表现出较高的抑制活性;榧子的甲醇提取部位及丁香和肉桂的水提取部位活性显著,抑制率在95%以上.筛选工作为药食两用中药资源的开发利用提供了重要的活性数据参考.
