Azo dye of Acid Orange52 can be degraded by catalytic wet peroxide oxidation of Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3and H2O2. The degrading efficiency was investigated, and the color of Acid Orange52 was almost completely removed after reaction for 2 h at 175 ℃ and pH 7, in which the TOC and COD removal rate was 94.4% and 92.3%, when the initial concentration of Acid Orange52 was 200 mg/L, oxygen pressure was 0.3 MPa, H2O2 was 66 mg/L and Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 dosage was 8 g/L.%以Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3为催化剂的催化湿式过氧化氢氧化处理甲基橙AO52.考察了反应时间、反应温度、pH和Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3投加量等因素对降解效果的影响.结果表明,在染料初始质量浓度200 mg/L时,温度 175 ℃、压力 0.3 Mpa、H2O2 66 mg/L、pH 7、反应时间 2.0 h、Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3投加量为 8 g/L的最佳条件下, 甲基橙AO52色度几乎完全去除,TOC和COD去除率分别为94.4%和92.3%.
